Can someone please tell me the procedure for requesting no parking signs in our Community. I am the President of the HOA and get numerous complaints about people parking at the corner of Stony Oak Drive and Churchill Park Drive. They also park in front of the fireplug and most of the time three feet from the curb.

I will forward your concerns to the Newnan Police Department for enforcement. In Georgia, parking is prohibited within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk, and within 30 feet of a stop sign, traffic signal, or flashing signal.
Otherwise, the City of Newnan will not restrict parking on a public street within a community.

Anytime you have an issue with a parked vehicle obstructing the normal vehicular use of the street, you are advised to contact the Newnan Police Department.
