Description
There appears to be some sort of water leak on Newnan Cross Blvd near the turn lane west onto Diplomatic Pkwy (across from Stonebridge subdivision). Both lanes are constantly wet year round with several streams of water and are now freezing with the cold temps.

The road here sometimes "weeps", possibly from a high water table at times.
We are in contact with the Newnan Police Department and others during inclement weather and will treat for ice as needed.
