This dog is tied to a crate by a 3 ft leash and has no shelter. He was left outside in a crate a year ago and the Animal Warden said she told the lady to provide it adequate shelter. The dog disappeared and now the same is back and has been out there for 2 weeks. He barely has enough leash to lay down, due to being tied to close to the crate he was in previously. There has been numerous storms lately and the dog has no where to go. He sits out there and cries, whines, whimpers and barks until all hours of the night. The dog is so close to my house next to our fence that it wakes my 18 month old up constantly. It's absolutely heartbreaking knowing I can't do anything for the dog and I have contacted the Animal warden 3 times now. Including the dis-batch during a huge storm. I will be taking pictures and contacting the news and the newspaper next.
