I have reported the outage to EMC. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be resolved. At the end of that time frame, please let me know if the light has or has not been repaired so that I can either close this issue or re-report it to EMC.
I am going to close this issue since I have not received a response in over a month. If the light has not been repaired, please let me know and I will recontact EMC.
