I have notified EMC. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be resolved. Please let me know if the issue has not been addressed at the end of that time frame so that I can either re-notify EMC or close the issue.
I have re-notified EMC. They said they could not locate the order and will be reprocessing it. Please let me know if it is not fixed within 7 business days so that I can follow up again. Sorry for the delay.
