Description
Pedestrian walk signal concurrent with green lights for traffic entering from Madison and Eastern. Painted ped walkway crosses intersection diagonally, which is extremely dangerous and alarming for both pedestrians AND drivers. Do not understand how this layout happened or is considered proper.
