Descrizione

the catch basin at the corner of Locust Street and Locust Terrace is in the wrong location. I’ve noticed this over the years. Water runs down Locust Street and mostly bypasses the catch basin at that corner. Water might then go up the sidewalk in front of my house, or carry-on down the street.
