They just drove by our trash bucket and took both neighbors and there is no contact phone after hours. Can they be contacted or paged? The bucket is too heavy to move back in to the house. This keeps happening with waste management.

Funny you mention the cover — there was a trash bin nearby was overflowing and not closed and they picked that up no problem. I see that often.
