I have notified EMC of the outage. It should take 5 to 7 business days for the light to be repaired. At the end of that time frame, please let me know if the issue has or has not been been addressed so that I can either recontact EMC or close this issue. Thanks - Tracy
Thanks for letting me know. Sometimes it can take up to the full 7 business days in order for it to be repaired. If it still isn't working by Tuesday, add a new comment and I will follow up with EMC. Thanks, Tracy
I submitted the street light number that we are showing for this pole, but it must not be correct. They recently renumbered some of the poles and we are still waiting on the updated data which may be the issue. There should be a 6 digit number on a silver plate on the pole. If you could provide that number, I will be able to recontact EMC and hopefully get the issue resolved. Thanks, Tracy
Since I have not received a response regarding this light, I am going to go ahead and close the issue. If it still is not working, please provide a pole number and I will be happy to re-notify the provider. Tracy
