Cars refuse to stop at the Stop sign here. This is a 4-way Stop sign and cars in all directions recklessly merge without giving the Stop sign a second thought. Desperately need traffic enforcement here. There hasn't been a single instance where I haven't heard a car get honked at here.

And 25 mph speed limit obviously means 52 mph.
