Every day, around 7am and 6pm, I see the same group of people let their dogs run leash free along the path. This path gets pretty busy during commute hours. Pedestrians, bikers and leash free dogs - that's a lot of variables to cause something to go wrong. The park rules clearly state that dogs need to be on leash at all times. I love dogs, but people need to be mindful.
