It is not a waste of time for the city. I'm sure if we saw this up on the Hill the hue and cry would be much stronger. Peru St and the Old North End don't need landlords uglifying the place. If anything, they should be on the forefront of working to bring about neighborhood improvements in safety, beauty, and general livability.

That house hasn't been fixed up for the last dozen years at least. Bissonette isn't really in the business of fixing up houses beyond meeting code (let's hope they meet code anyway!)

have you ever seen the inside of a Bissonette property? they're some of the most proactive landlords in Burlington and are excellent to rent from.
