Description
(originally reported with incorrect address) "Clear hoarder home with the front yard littered with items and overgrown vegetation. There are 2 dogs in this home that bark most of the day and aren't well taken care of...my guess is they need rescued. Lastly, the entire property smells like cat urine. I have to image there are half a dozen code violations in this front yard alone."
