Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. While the City will continue to fill potholes and blade unpaved alleys as needed, it will no longer provide any treatment that is solely cosmetic or decrease the dust produced by passing vehicles on these alleys. An option to help alleviate this problem is to have your neighbors join a Special Assessment District (S.A.D.) to have the alley paved by the City. If a majority of residents in a specific area agree to join, a S.A.D. will be created and funded by the residents affected by the improvements, in this case, a paved alley. Please review alley conditions to determine if additional material should be placed as the grass is growing through the alley and other possible grade issues
