Sharraxaadda

A section of sidewalk has risen up and created a true hazard. Perhaps it happened due to a root. A big tree is no longer nearby. But the badly raised and cracked sidewalk definitely is a hazard. Hard to push a baby carriage over it also.
Can the Town of Arlington fix this please?
