Whoever plowed the lot (I think it is for the building that actually fronts on Cherry Street) simply plowed the lot and left a 3 foot high wall of snow across the sidewalk on both sides of the driveway. Virtually impassable.

This is an issue with many private plowers, they seem to have no consideration to clean up the mess they put on the sidewalk. Can the city perhaps reach out proactively and remind them they cannot block the public right of way with their snow removal? Seems like this might help reduce the number of complaints that are filed.
Blocking the sidewalk with snow impedes everyone regardless of ability and makes passage impossible for some.
