There are consistent accidents on Westchester Blvd and Cotillion Drive. As cars build up in the right lane heading towards Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, visibility for those exiting Westchester Blvd is greatly reduced which forces cars to "peek out" to get better visibility. In the process, cars are often involved in collisions. Could we consider a multi-way stop at that intersection to allow for cars to make left turns safely?
