Description
The manhole cover was previously repaired because of sewage leakage. Then it was covered over with asphalt, now sewage is bubbling out on to the street. The smell is terrible and the environment is now toxic. Please get someone out here ASAP.

This has been reported to Fulton County Sewer Department (404-612-3163). I spoke with Harold (Afterhours agent). This has also been emailed to Sewer Department for handling.
