A fire truck, wood chipper and other machinery has been sitting on this property for months. The man works about one out of every 10 days. Limbs from a damaged tree are hanging over my new roof. Your arborist has seen it and agrees my home is in danger of being damaged.
I am unable to clear my property boundary because of lack of movement on her part. Other neighbors are adversely affected as well.
