    Wondering why is there not a stop sign from locust terrace leading onto locust street? I was biking down locust terrace today and a driver did not stop, almost ran me over, then gave me a shrug to imply, "well there's no stop sign" and i was surprised to see that indeed there was not a stop sign here. Seems dangerous.

    Storm Drain / Sewer grate fell off, seems to be at the bottom of 6-8' hole now. Very dangerous for kids walking by.

    Water main leak, causing new puddle and leaking into our basement. Water dept came by twice and tested positive for chlorine, can see bubbles coming up in puddle. Originally reported by phone over a month ago.
