There seems to be an increasing amount of little ok High Street in West Medford, and it's particularly bad the after trash pickup day. It looks like some trash just doesn't make it from the bins to the garbage trucks. Can the city hold the trash collectors accountable, or figure out some other way to manage this? it looks gross.
