Construction on this site stopped one month ago and owner has again allowed the property to fall into disrepair. Weeds need to be removed mowing done

This is a picture of a one-week accumulation of black, powdery dust which has been accumulating for years on my balcony. No matter how often it is cleaned, it returns (this time, affected by the recent rain). It is NOT from nearby construction, because it has been appearing far before that. And it is black, not brown, as soil. The only way it can get there is through the air, thus an air-quality issue. Residents in other units in the building report the same thing.

Can we please get the traffic lights at the corner of 4th Ave., South and 2nd St reset before somebody gets killed. Apparently most drivers have no idea what flashing yellow and flashing red mean.

This fixture has been damaged or at least a month. Several other I have the same intersection are burnt out.

After a long delay, two derelict buildings at the corner of 4th. Ave S and 3rd. S were finally razed, 357 3rd St S about a month ago, the other more recently. One dumpster of rubble was removed from the site, but the rest of it has been sitting there for weeks now, with no sign of further removal.

For the last week, the traffic lights on northbound 3rd. St. South have been out of sync. You stop a 4 th. Ave S, then again at 2nd. Ave. S, then again at 1 st Ave. S.

We in the Madison One condo (200 4th. Ave S) have been having serious problems with water pressure. For the past several days, water entering our building has been <30 PSI, far below the normal pressure. Even with our booster pumps, upper floors are having difficulties flushing toilets, operating dishwashers, etc

There has been excavation and pipe replacement going on for the past three months, along 4th. Ave S and the adjoining intersection. Recently (the last week) there is a periodic odor of raw sewage from the site. It's hard to pinpoint the source, because it travels on a breeze, but it is unmistakable. I'm wondering if they cut a sewage pipe by mistake.

At the corner of 4th. Ave S and 3rd. St is an old B&B, which was rumored to be purchased by a firm to put up a condo. The building was boarded up about two months ago. Then part of the boarding was removed. Then there was a fire which pretty much gutted the upstairs of the house, and more of the plywood boarding has vanished. Homeless people have been seen entering and leaving through windows. How long is this dangerous eyesore going to be there? Doesn't the owner have to either demolish the building or keep it in presentable shape?

Standing water after every rain

Three blocks from the concert, and decibel readings are in the high 80s with the bass beats. Sound tests began at 2 PM and lasted until 5 PM. Every single promise that the Edwards group made about the concert has been broken. It’s time for the city to step in and do something to end this racket

The noise coming from the concert at Al Lang since 4:30 this afternoon has been awful. Not one shred of Edwards guarantees were met. Right now at 10 PM, my double-pane windows are shaking and my head is throbbing—3 blocks away. Why the Hell were they allowed to aim their speakers towards town? What about the decibel readings? Either Edwards lives up to his agreement or he should be out of there.
