This is just another example of the constant use and abuse that my sidewalk has taken over the years. There was a time when the grass would grow there, primarily because there used to be a tree and a No Parking This Side sign that would stop numerous trucks, such as UPS, FEDEX USPS etc. from riding up on the non existent curb there but there has never been anything done to address this. The only time it was even starting to be addressed was when the tree warden replaced the tree that was there but knocked down and in that instance, the replacement tree was young and eventually knocked down . I would like to see that the asphalt side and correseponding curb be replaced, along with a replaced NO PARKING sign and a new tree. Our neighbors sidewalk has been replaced. Again, not the first time I have created this issue but there has been no response or action taken.

I had listed an issue years ago about the fact that trucks, UPS, delivery, US postal and now Amazon drive up on our sidewalk. There was a tree there that got knocked down, the Tree Warden replaced it and that was knocked down. We now have a house being built next to us and their trucks have done a number on our walkway as well..

Street plow consistently use the corner of Allston Street and Allston Terrace to dump snow from each street. This is a MSJOR walkway used by many to walk to the school bus stops on High Street, both city and school buses. Also used to get to the Brooks Elementary. Some of the sidewalk has been cleared but this 6+ foot high bank of snow will need to be removed by backhoe/dumptruck

Curb has eroded, grass cannot grow. State of street traffic and sidewalk encourages cars/postal truck and other large delivery trucks to ride up on it to accommodate with on coming cars and or parking. Will follow up with photos but this needs to be addressed
