    Mystic Upper Lake Banks-Trash Left Medford, MA - Medford
    Trash left , including a full baby poopy diaper , along the banks if the lake. Also bottles and cups and other trash. If you stop at the rest area where there are beaches and walk to the water you will see it, is this DCR or City of Medfords jurisdiction? I'm happy to call DCF if I had a contact. Very unsanitary and sad for visitors of this beautiful lake.
