Absolutely no lighting whatsoever in the alley way. I went out to take my trash out yesterday and six homeless people were there drinking beer and one guy told me they were going to rape me and I'm a man. We don't pay high taxes to have zero safety in the alleys of this neighborhood. There is no excuse for this, especially when out taxes far outweigh the services recieved. Many of the alleyways in this neighborhood are meccas for crime as it's completely dark and unsafe due to third world country DIRT surfaces(seriously???) Come up off some the money we've paid all these years and buy some damned light bulbs, pave the freaking alleyways and beef up the police patrols. Please don't wait for someone to be raped and murdered... THANK YOU

A. third world country dirt alleyways that nobody can keep their balance walking down and in which i've seen seven cars lose their axles since i purchased my home in 1997 do not seem fair when our taxes are outrageously high... we also need lightbulbs for the street lights!
