Description

10m s. of Wellesley in w. bike lane. Mass of snow and ice about 1m high and 5m long has been plowed into the bike lane. This is hazardous to cyclists as it is a fast downhill run and they are forced into the only southbound vehicle lane to avoid it.

Cycle Toronto indicated that these instances should be reported to the City.
