311 verified that this pothole is not known... no idea why it was not acknowledged immediately. It is almost twice as deep as the standards minimum, so could very easily trip a person or crack a wheel.

"With spring less than a month away, the City of Toronto is planning to tackle potholes on Saturday — the first repair blitz of the year.
The freeze-thaw cycle over the past few weeks has led to several potholes popping up across the city, including on the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway.
“Starting tomorrow morning at about 4 a.m. we’ll have 40 crews out and about in the city, filled upwards of 4,000 potholes,” City of Toronto spokesperson Brad Ross said Friday."
It would be nice if they could reject the reports if they are in known repair zones or are known without an SRID, so it doesn't appear they are just being ignored.
