I have contacted EMC regarding the outage. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be addressed. At the end of that time frame, please let me know if the light has or has not been repaired so that I can either close the issue or recontact EMC.
Since it has been over a month since this outage was reported, I am going to close the issue. Please let me know if it has not been repaired and I will reopen it and notify EMC.
