  Can you please provide an update on the pickup schedule? This is the second request filed for this same pile of junk. The first request also said that a pickup had been scheduled but the items are still in the alley over 2 weeks later. It is difficult to drive through the alley with junk overflowing into the lane.

  A Special Collection was scheduled for 5/8/2024. After the 1st attempt to remove the debris the driver stated we needed a tractor for the pickup. It was rescheduled for today, 5/10/2024. Thank you, Sanitation
