Description

Storm water drains on both sides of Denver St NE always backup during high tides. It hasn’t rained since 10am, so this is literally just oven water coming up through the failing check valve.

A. All of high tide

A. Yes, every high tide

Was the flooded area close to a storm drain? If known, please provide the finished floor elevation of your home as well as any other property-related details.
A. Both of these storm drains have become nearly useless. During every flooding event, this is our main culprit on Denver
