Description

Traffic calming is needed on the entire length of Fulton St. People are speeding up and down Fulton while pedestrians are left to navigate extremely narrow sidewalks with no protections or distance between them and the speeding vehicles. And worse, many people fully block the sidewalks with their parked cars, so pedestrians are frequently forced to walk in the road, which is windy, hilly, and quite scary. Dricers fly out of side streets, run stop signs, and turn corners and immediately mount the sidewalk as if they have no expectation that human beings might be out there.
