Description

Since early March Pinkert st from Lawrence to central ave has been dug up and filled in with sand and loose rock. I have not seen any work being down on repaving the road in weeks. When ever there is rain, even a small amount. The rain floods the road. Especially in front of 91 and 85 Pinkert. To the point it is difficult to get in and out of the house. I can’t walk down the side walk. I have to jump the fence and go through a neighbor’s yard to avoid walking through 6-10 inch of water. It’s becoming a safety issue and makes me concerned it’s flooding basements in the area. Also, there are signs that ray, “no parking Monday-Friday 7-4. “. Which make it challenging, when no one is working or trying to fix the problem.

also asked...
Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. There are worening pot holes down Pinkert st from Lawrence to central, that are loose sand and rocks. That have come close to damaging my car as I drive down the street. Also. In front of 91 and 85 Pinkert the road is so badly flooded with any amount of rain that you can’t get in the houses without having to walk 4-5 houses down to get on the side walk, then jump over people’s yards so you are not walking through ankle deep water.
Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. More than 6” deep
Q. Is the pothole in the right-of-way?
A. Yes
