Description

There is a dead deer at Blanchard Beech. Go down the stairs and to the left is a partial downed tree. Behind the tree is the deer carcass. I reported this two weeks ago to Burl Parks Dept who referred me to Vt Fish and Wildlife. The game warden called and said he referred back to our Parks Dept.
